Located between Sandringham and Brighton, this location is very popular for windsurfing in a NW, N or NE wind. There are toilets nearby and a large grass area for rigging right next to the car park. Launching is generally from the south side of the car park due to a small reef situated directly off the point. Closest shops are Sailboard Headquarters in Sandringham and Repeat Performance Sailboards in Elwood.
